Susan’s amazing yogic journey began in 2010 after being inspired by the teaching of Dharma Shakti under the coral trees, on the bluff, in Long Beach.  She is certified in the highest level you can for Hatha Yoga and has studied and practiced numerous hours of professional development and experience since then.  Her style of teaching continues to evolve as she does.  She currently teaches a trauma informed mindful slow Hatha with a little Somatic Yoga thrown in. She is also trained and experienced in Restorative and Chair Yoga and is a Reiki Master.
