Karli uses and teaches yoga as a technology to improve relationship with Self. Her style is accessible, based upon connecting breath with movement for a maximally mindful experience. Trained in trauma-sensitive yoga, she empowers students to meet themselves where they are at by offering many options and modifications for balancing ease and effort.
